Compassionate care in less than compassionate times calls for those who seek healing to step forward through fear and enter bravely into their path of wellness.

At 47, I opened my practice mid pandemic, early 2022, in response to the rising demand for providers who could walk with clients in a completely different way than "traditional therapy," while still maintaining the spirit of the profession. I am able to navigate a wide myriad of issues with people from all backgrounds, religions and identities.

I continue to work in an Indigenous community setting where I have spent my entire career humbly experiencing the impact of all levels of historical and family trauma, which has shaped me into a unique provider with a broad range of experiences. As a person with Autism, I am also able to assist folks on the spectrum with a variety of needs.
